I've been working with Jill for nearly two decades. I have lost over 6 inches in my hips. When I first started with Jill I was in my 20s and I couldn't run a mile, I couldn't do more than 6 push ups on my knees and had never been able to workout consistently for more than 90 days. Today, I'm training for a triathlon, I run at least 10 miles a week and I am strong - pushups no longer intimidate me. I lift weights and run 5 days a week. Consistently. For years. How? First I acknowledged the simple fact that I was not doing it on my own. From there, I was open to accepting help from Jill. Jill is about much more than showing you how to do a good bicep curl. She continues to help me with accountability and staying on track to live a healthy lifestyle inside and out. I have tried many different bootcamps, trainers, classes and such - all with no sustainable results. Jill is a true professional and expert in her business. And, her business is your health. She has helped me with a sustainable way to be fit & eat well without feeling deprived. I highly recommend her to every person I know who is willing to accept help.

Jill and I have been training together for over 10 years. I've always liked being fit, but I knew going into my fifties I was going to need a little help staying on track with my workouts. When I met Jill, I instantly knew I had met the perfect trainer for me. She is tough yet encouraging, the routines are never tiresome or boring. Jill is an excellent trainer focusing on long-term health results for her clients. Her programs are varied and also have reasons behind them (and she's happy to explain the reasoning when asked). The fitness studio is downtown and used by only a few trainers versus shared with a whole club, so the training goes forward without waiting for machines and the like.
